The Artifacts are found in the second cave on the Island of the Slimes. After returning to Jagaimo Island, Jenk takes the Artifacts to the sage in the castle, who assembles them for him and tells him to try using it outside.
After being deciphered by the sage, the artifacts become the Apparatus.
